The ground floor, crafted from Cape sandstone from the mountain, is refreshingly cool on hot summers days and snugly warm in the winter helped by the underfloor heating. The hallway opens on to two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a double garage with remote-activated doors. The garage doubles up as a covered games area with table tennis table, basketball net, and darts on offer -- great for the kids to just roll out of bed in the morning and just do their thing.
