The top floor has two bedrooms, both with en suite luxury bathrooms, one with a dressing room as well. Bedroom one has a queen sized bed, extensive and beautifully crafted fitted cupboards, and a bathroom with a walk in shower as well as bath. This bedroom enjoys views of lakeside, and mountain and the sea from the bathroom.

The second bedroom, with king sized bed, has a dressing room leading into an en suite bathroom with bath/power shower combined. Both bedroom and bathroom enjoy extensive views of False Bay.
