Highpoint is situated a 30 minute drive from Cape Town Stadium but away from the busiest side of the city, ideal for those seeking an escape to the beautiful False Bay coastline.

Highpoint is available for rental at no increase to our normal low-season rates. However, to accomodate this special price, we will only take bookings for a minimum of one month (30 days). A Honda Ballard car is also available for rental, included with the house, and at very reasonable rates.

50% of total payable on acceptance of quotation.
A refundable R5,000 breakages deposit is payable before arrival, refunded within seven days after departure, less the cost of damage or loss, if any, to the house and its contents respectivly as identified on the inventory.
The full balance of the rental due must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival and 60 days for bookings in high season. Failure to do so could result in the booking being cancelled.
All bank charges related to forign exchange payments to be borne by the client.

For cancellations, the following charges apply:

Deposit will be refunded less an amount equal to 25% of the total rental or 50% in peak season (1st Nov - 28th Feb). 50% of the total rental. Any balance will be returned within 7 working days at the current exchange rates, where applicable.

100% of rental will be retained.
